This one of a kind Trinket Box is a joint creation of Bruce Broussard,
master woodworker and Ernest Mills, Marquetarian extraordinaire. It is beautifully proportioned and makes for a must-have for your collection. The top is indexed into the box for a positive close. Mabry Mill is a watermill located in Floyd County, Virginia. It is a tourist attraction. This piece measures 8.50" (21.59cm) x 5.00 (12.70cm) x 3.00" (7.62cm). It was sanded with 600 grid then 6 coats of sanding sealer were applied, then was finished with 3 coats of wipe on Satin polyurethane varnish and finally polished with Renaissance wax. |
