AR1 S. 6.0 miles from jct. with AR14 (Jackson St.) in Harrisburg to Parker Homestead on the E. side of the road. Private. Admission. [www.parkerhomestead.com] Photo by Trent Dowler. This piece measures 12-5/8” (32.06 cm) x 10" (25.4 cm) and is pressed on a piece of ¼” MDF board It wase sanded with 220 grit then 5 coats of sanding sealer was applied. Between each application the surface was wet and dry sanded with 600 grit using a flat steel block. It was finished with 3 coats of gloss wipe on polyurethane varnish then 1 coat of clear satin and finally polished with Renaissance wax. |
